About Bronte
Bronte is a beautiful little dog who came to PAWS in appalling condition as he was suffering from hair loss and a skin condition which would have been causing him an enormous amount of discomfort. Now that he is receiving the TLC he so richly deserves, Bronte is making great progress as his hair has already started growing back and the skin on his neck and underside is supple and beautiful again. Bronte has settled well into his foster home and has befriended the two resident dogs. He has a very good temperament, friendly, trustworthy and gentle and is particularly attached to his foster mum. Bronte loves his food and is not fussy at all, he enjoys an outing in the car and likes to spend time in the front garden with his humans observing the neighbourhood goings-on. Bronte sleeps through the night with the other dogs although he would dearly love to be allowed on the bed just so he can be as close to his 'mum' as possible. Bronte is completely housetrained, never once toileting indoors, and is currently learning how to use the doggy door so he can take himself outside when need be. Bronte would fit in well with a variety of households - a family with both young or older kids but would also be fine with an older couple - basically anybody who will love him as he just loves everybody. Bronte has a low shedding coat that will require ongoing grooming and clipping to keep him comfortable and looking lovely. He is a house dog and must have access to the house and yard in his new home.
