Sweet Potato -Desexed and Vaccinated -On Hold

meet sweet potato, a very large boy who, we think, will still grow! sweet potato may be a chinchilla giganta cross. I believe he may have escaped from ending up on someone's dinner plate, as he was found running around the markets quite terrified. He was taken to the pound in a sweet potato box, hence his name. Although on the first day in rescue he did seem very timid and afraid (acceptable considering all he'd been through) he is already coming along in leaps and bounds. He comes over and gives nudges with his head, and seems to realise we're not going to hurt him anymore, so is comfortable in our presence. He does become very stiff when you pick him up, but does not fight being held. He just doesn't like it, and for such a large bunny it is understandable. Sweet potato is really going to be a sweetie, this boy is so full of potential and needs a home which will let him blossom and forget his miserable past. Anyone that looks into his gorgeous big eyes is sure to fall in love!
