francis is a great little boy, he loves to snuggle and loves his cuddles. He seems quite at home living inside. He certainly appreciates a warm and loving home. Francis would prefer to live with another small dog. He is not suited to being an only dog. He loves company. He has just arrived into foster care will update shortly.
