Moppy is a 10 years young shih tzu cross that wants nothing more than to be near you. He likes to follow behind you as you walk from room to room, that's if he isn't snuggled up in his bed. He will wait patiently until he is talked to and patted, and often goes for a stroll around the back yard taking in the fresh air. . . Moppy likes to snuggle up on your bed at night and will sleep until you wake him for breakfast. He's loves treats and is very polite when taking them. . . This happy-go-lucky gentleman is no trouble at all. He's happy to sleep the days away by your side or even to lay down in the back seat of the car while you go for a ride. He loves a good scratch and is quite content while being bathed and brushed. He doesn't shed so he needs regular brushing, bathing and professional clipping (every 6 to 8 weeks). . . Moppy doesn't really take much notice of other dogs, he prefers to do his own thing but does like having doggie company. He would be best suited with calm dogs similar to himself, whether big or small. . . This boy would make an ideal companion for someone that is home most of the time and that will fuss over him for the rest of his days.
