Barney (On Trial)

Barney is a male blue cattle dog, about 3 years old and 18 kg. He is such a sweet boy, just a gentle happy boy who is looking for someone to love and care for him. Barney had a tough life at his previous home, being neglected and sometimes abused. Because of this, barney is shy at first, especially with men, but once he learns to trust you he is more than happy to spend all his time sitting with you or getting a hug. After all, he has 3 years of hugs to catch up on, but he will catch up on these because you can't help but love him when you meet him. He is very good with other dogs and is happy in foster care living with 7 other dogs. He walks well on lead, and always stays near when off lead, especially with a "come" reminder call every so often. Barney is a boy who will bond for life and be a loyal friend. He is such a loving, beautiful boy who deserves someone who will love him in return. He just loves your company, and lots of pats and hugs. His new family will be very lucky to have him.
