About Lacey *On Trial in her New Home*
*lacey has a new home* cutie pup lacey is one of a litter of healthy, happy puppies who were born on 1 february 2012. Their mother is a labrador x german shorthaired pointer, while their father is a german shepherd x blue heeler so they’re a bit of a different combination!all of the pups have lovely, friendly nature’s and get along well with their carers other dogs and are used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as children making them pretty much “bomb proof” – they’re even good with the household cat. All of the pups love food and aren’t fussy so this is helping with their training. We reckon they’ll be the size of large labradors when they finish growing. Sweet lacey is the smallest of the pups and probably the gentlest. She was a little bit shy when she first arrived in care though soon warmed up. She enjoys playing with her siblings though if it gets too rough she’s out of there, preferring to watch the action from the sideline. Lacey loves snuggling up with her carers young children before settling down for a well-deserved puppy snooze. While in care lacey is learning the basics such as “sit” and “down” and how to walk on a lead. As she’s only a young pup she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up to have lovely manners! daily walks, secure fencing, bones to chew on (they love chicken necks!) and toys to keep lacey stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored and up to mischief. Enjoy some video of lacey: http://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=i mjvz aiko&feature=youtu. Beas lacey is already picking up housetraining she would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s a pup.
