28. 4. 12. Update!

30. 4. 12 update!!

eddie (or maybe rufio from the movie hook?) was great yesterday. First up we went for a walk around our paddocks with my dogs & the goats. Quite relaxed & happy to be one of the gang. He & tilly (carer's) dog had great fun playing. We went for a walk on the lead together & eddie was great – good on the lead & happy to be walking. We stopped at the hardware store carpark & he started looking at cars again. Maybe he escaped from a ute or got dumped from a car. . He’s a bit persistent about the cats but not nasty. He has good food manners, too. ***
eddie has not had the greatest start to his short life, coming to us very underweight. He has put on weight but still has a fair way to go in the plumpness stakes. This young man will need alot of socialising with dogs & alot of tlc & love from his new people - something he's not had nearly enough of. He'll be a challenge to start with for the right person, but has a heart of gold & is the same as any other young pup. If you can help eddie become the dog he was always meant to be, you will never ever look back. You will discover the love, trust & friendship of a dog is something to be cherished & is very precious.
