About Ginger On Hold
Ginger is a lovely natured girl who was dumped at the pound heavily pregnant and quite emaciated. The puppies she was carrying were about the only thing that was giving her any size at all. The poor girl was starving. Ginger is very soft-natured, submissive and polite. She has not once jumped up, she always just sits by your side for company. Because of ginger's poor condition, we don't know if her puppies will make it or not, but we will do our best for ginger and her bubs. Once fully recovered and any puppies weaned, ginger will be available for adoption to only the best of homes as she's such a special girl. Of course, we'll bring you new pics and will update here as things develop. 3/5/07:
8am: ginger has produced two puppies and is happily mothering and feeding them. 10am: she's now given birth to seven puppies. Not sure if there's more to come! will update more when known. 4pm: poor ginger finished up giving birth to ten pups. Unfortunately two were stillborn, so she is the proud mother of eight bubs. Ginger is doing very well. The change in her has been phenomenal. She's even more beautiful now. . . And looks extremely happy the little mites are out of her. Sadly two little pups failed to thrive the day after they were born, this happens in all circumstances. There are six lovely babaies that will be available for adoption once mature enough. Four girls and two boys. They will have individual listings soon. If you are interested in ginger please let me know even though she is not ready yet. More pics are available on www.
