He is hoping to enjoy the good life with a retired person or couple. His favourite thing to do is to snuggle next to you on the lounge. . . Sandy had a very rough start to life. When he was rescued his coat was matted, he had fleas, an ear infection, and was very skinny. So our sandy is now looking for a very special owner. He needs a home where someone is home most of the time, as he gets very distressed when left alone. He definitely can't go to a home where everyone works full time. He would love to enjoy retirement with an active person or couple. . . Sandy is most definitely an inside dog and needs to be inside when people are home and to sleep inside. He would be the perfect companion to someone looking for a dog to adore. . . Sandy is a poodle crossed with cocker spaniel or possibly maltese. He is a large small dog. He has a gorgeous, golden coat which is non-shedding, so he'll need regular brushing, bathing and clipping. . .
