About Albert
Temporarily withdrawn
albert is fit, healthy and very active so is suited to a home with someone who can and will keep up with him and his antics. The best home for albert will be with another small dog for company (we will not rehome him as an only dog) and preferably with another pug similar in age and activity level,. Albert is wonderful with kids, cats and all other animals. Typical of the pug breed, albert's life does revolve around food so his new owner must be very aware that he is not allowed to over eat or he will become fat and unhealthy. He is presently in perfect condition both weight and health wise. Albert's house training is a work in progress and. As pugs are not the easiest dogs to house train. A new owner must be aware of this and patient with him. Albert is crate trained, walks well on a harness and knows 'sit' and 'stay'. He is by know means a couch potato and wants his share of the attention from his owner and other animal friends in the home. Albert will not suit a person who is at work all day as he will fret. He currently shares a bed with his foster carer and we would like this to continue in his new home. Even though albert is great with children, we feel that he will suit a home without them as he does like to be the main focus. Albert is a house dog and must always have indoor access via a doggy door or similar. Albert comes desexed, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $500 and is not available for adoption outside nsw. He has also had a recent dental (teeth cleaned under anaesthetic). If you would like more information on albert or to arrange to meet him, please phone denise on 0466 690916 or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading.
