Devon -Desexed

This gorgeous boy was originally found running in someone's front yard. He was taken to a vet clinic, where he waited a long time to be reunited with his owners or adopted. Nothing happened, so he has arrived at our shelter where he will be safe and happy till he finds a new family. Immediately upon arrival we could tell that devon wasn't just your average guinea pig. Instead of hiding in his little igloo, he was looking around, sniffing the air, and checking out the surrounds. This boy has no fear, and is delightful as he races over to investigate your hands and demand pats and ear rubs. He is certainly one of a kind, and is so special that he needs a special type of home. This is not a pet that can be dumped outside in a cage, he will need to be someone's best friend and treasured companion. Don't underestimate the power of a guinea pig, this guy has so much love to give! we will be ensuring that only the best are considered. In the meantime, he has plenty of cuddles from shelter and volunteers to be content. Honestly. . . How could anyone resist that face!

devon proved to be a little too friendly with all the male guinea pigs, so has been desexed (29. 5. 12). In 4-6 weeks time he will be sterile, and able to be introduced to female guinea pigs!
