About Tilly (On Trial)
On trial in a new home 5/5/12. Please consider our other dogs and puppies at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au. . . Tilly is a lovely young kelpie, only 18 months old, so she is very playful and bouncy. She has so much potential. Typical of her breed, she is very smart and eager to please and to learn. She'd be a perfect dog for agility training, or fly ball or other dog sports. She hasn't had much training as yet, so she we recommend dog training classes. She will be sure to excel as she will do anything for treats, and will be quick and fun to train. . . Tilly has a lot of energy and will be best suited for a person or family who is active and has a yard with high fences. She will need a daily walk or run. She would be great for someone who enjoys jogging or going for long walks. Tilly enjoys nothing more than to play and run around the yard. We think tilly needs another dog to play with otherwise she will fret and get lonely and maybe bark or get out when people aren't home. . . Tilly is fully house trained and does not chew on things she's not supposed to. She's an inside dog and sleeps in her own bed after having a quick kiss and cuddle goodnight before she settles in for the night. . . Tilly gets along well with other dogs. We don't have cats so don't know. . . Tilly has been around adults and loves nothing more to play fetch however she runs around with the ball and thinks it’s a chase game to get the ball back! tilly loves to be chased around and loves to talk. She's a great watch dog and will warn you when a stranger turns up. Tilly will not be suitable for young children until she has had training not to jump up. However given the chance and training will be will great with children. Tilly isn't fussy, she loves all food. She settled in here straight away after some reassurance. Tilly was reluctantly surrendered by her owner due to moving into a 1 bedroom unit after a break up. . . Tilly is very much a young at heart. She's like a puppy who is fully house trained. Altogether she is a fantastic dog with a lot of potential and love to give. *** please see more photos of tilly at http://tinyurl.
