Goldie Girl *On Trial*

*goldie girl is currently trialling her new home* looking for a loving lap dog? well you can’t go past adorable little goldie girl who’d just love a lap she could call her own, will it be yours???

recently surrendered to sarg for rehousing, as her owner had too many dogs goldie’s a healthy, affectionate, dog who’s not at all yappy and “in your face” though she does make a terrific little watchdog when the need arises. Goldie’s settled in well into foster care where her carer’s male 9 year old mini foxie has taken her under his paw and is teaching her how to play before they cuddle up together for a well-deserved snooze. We don’t think goldie had ever been on a lead but thanks to her carers’ teenage daughter she now enjoys getting out and about and is even learning to “sit” before crossing at intersections. Gorgeous goldie is housetrained and very well behaved inside. This sweet, gentle dog is good around adults (her carer calls her “her little shadow”!) as well as other animals especially other friendly dogs. As goldie is a bit of a petal we think she’d be best suited to older children as she’s definitely not a rough and tumble kind of dog, she's a real little lady!

goldie is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up her energy. She doesn’t shed much hair and will only require the occasional bath to keep it soft and shiny. Secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on, toys to play with and lots of cuddles will make adorable little goldie girl very happy indeed!

as goldie is already housetrained she would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a nice friendly doggie companion or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time as she can be quite sooky as she’s used to having company.
