Female Short-hair Guinea Pig
I've been adopted!
Rovet is a lovely girl who has been handled in the past. She was originally purchased two years ago, however recently due to a break up, her mum dumped her with her ex-partner. He did not wish to keep her, so rovet was left on the side of the road with a "free guinea pig" sign attached to her cage. A vet nurse was walking by who immediately rang our shelter, as another man was about to call the council pound. Rovet is in general good health, however has a lot of wet hair and matting around her rear end. Someone also coloured her white patches with a pink pen. . . Nothing a bath and groom didn't fix. Rovet will stay in foster care for another two months to ensure she is not pregnant, and will be looking for a new home after the end of may. We can take expressions of interest during this time, and put her on hold for the right family. If you wish to enquire about rovet, please fill in an adoption form on our website: www.
