teddy is a lovely natured little boy, he has had very limited exposure to things as a youngster so he is a little nervous of new things. Teddy is in foster care with two young children and two other chihuahuas and he has settled very well although he is still going to need a special, understanding home. Teddy is allowed to sleep inside with the other two dogs but because he has been in a pen all his life he prefers to sleep outside although his foster family would prefer him to be indoors as the other two bubs sleep on the bed, he feels more secure outside.
