Riley On Hold Pending Adoption

Riley is on hold pending adoption. Riley has come into foster care after being abandoned at a local animal shelter. Riley is a gentle natured young male german shepherd puppy who is social with all dogs and very very loving. Being such a young dog this will mean he will require on-going training with a puppy pre-school and we would also suggest further socialisation as he grows to ensure he becomes a calm and easy to manage dog. Riley is obedient and has learnt to sit and is receiving lead work with his foster carer. This young dog will need a committed owner who will ensure he continues with his exercise regime, socialisation and obedience training. Not for a novice this breed is smart, loyal and extremely protective of his pack. We would suggest a family with children older then eight years of age or a couple who have time each day to walk him and give him one on one. For more information on riley please contact linda
