Bronx *On Trial*

*bronx is currently trialling his new home* adventurous bronx is one of 4 healthy, happy puppies who were born on 4 january 2012. The pups were recently surrendered to sarg and are now looking for loving forever homes. Their mother is an english staffordshire bull terrier, while their father is a maltese x shih tzu so it’s an interesting combination indeed!

all of the pups have lovely, friendly nature’s and get along well with their carers other dogs and are used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as children making them pretty much “bomb proof”. They are fascinated with the household cat who prefers to stay out of their way. All of the pups love food and aren’t fussy so hopefully this will help with their training. Outgoing bronx is a confident pup who likes getting his siblings involved in some playtime. Bronx is the most active of the pups and he plays well with all animals, he also reckons its pretty cool hanging out with his carers young sons and he likes to sleep in their room at night if he can get away with it! clever bronx is already walking well on a lead and he’ll also be learning the basics such as “sit” and “down” while he’s in care. As he’s only a young pup he will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so he grows up to have lovely manners! daily walks, secure fencing, bones to chew on and toys to keep bronx stimulated are also a necessity so he doesn’t get bored and up to mischief. The pups kinda look like mini staffy’s with soft floppy ears and we reckon they’ll be small to medium once they finish growing. Bronx would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on his own but only if he won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while he’s a pup.
