About Pj *On Trial*
*pj is currently trialling his new home* adorable pj’s owner had way too many dogs so he and his littermate, harry, were recently surrendered to sarg so that we could find them loving forever homes, will it be with you???
pj is now in foster care where he’s being spoilt by his carer and he's getting along well with her 3 year old terrier/kelpie x – they just love a game of tug-a-war with their soft toys!! pj is an affectionate, pup who is not at all yappy or “in your face” although he’s a great little watch dog who will give a warning bark when he feels its necessary. Good-natured pj can be a little shy when you first meet him so we wouldn’t recommend him for a full-on, active household or with boisterous young children. This sweet little pup adores cuddles and attention and is more than happy to play the roll of lapdog. Clever pj is learning to “sit” and comes when he’s called and he’s learning how to walk on a lead as we doubt he’d been on one before but now he’s enjoying his daily walk, checking out what the world has to offer. He is well behaved inside and has only had a couple of “accidents” while he was learning the household’s routine. Handsome pj is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up his energy and unlike his brother he has short hair which doesn’t appear to shed much and will only require the occasional bath to keep it looking good. Secure fencing, chicken wingettes (his fave!) to chew on, toys to play with and lots of love will make pj very happy indeed!
pj’s had a pretty rough start to life diet wise so will need to be fed high quality dry dog food in his new home; he really enjoys his tucker! as he sleeps inside at night he would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a nice doggie companion or on his own but only if he won’t be left alone for long periods of time as he can be a bit of a sook. If pj sounds like the furry companion you’ve always wanted then please download and complete a sarg dog application form by following this link: http://www. Sarg. Net. Au/adoptapet. Html
