About Delta
Delta is a dingo and will require a special home with people who can provide the right environment for this type of dog. Only suitable owners will be considered to adopt this very special girl. Delta is ready to go to a new home. She is a very pretty little thing and her photos really don’t do her justice! she is living with a very experienced foster carer and another dog and is becoming a pleasure to have around. She is very interesting and her dingo behaviour makes her both mysterious and attractive. Delta is a real tomboy, she loves to climb trees and be outdoors but she also loves going for drives in the car! she enjoys the company of another dog and would be suited to living in a home with a doggie companion. With another dog, delta is usually more confident. She takes awhile to get to know you, but once she does she is quite playful. Delta is a real romantic at heart as her favourite times to be out and about are sunrise and sunset. She enjoys going to the beach but doesn’t like to swim, just to paddle on the edge. Delta would be most suited to a home without young children as she is a bit frightened by the unpredictability of toddlers. She is ok with older children. Delta must always be kept on lead. Her dingo heritage predisposes her to being a wanderer and therefore, if she finds herself untethered she will wander away. She walks nicely on the lead though and also likes to run alongside another dog. For this same reason, delta will need a fully enclosed fence which cannot be climbed. Delta loves being inside the house and is housetrained. She’s a lovely companion who needs someone special to give her the right environment for her to flourish.
