About Buster
Hi my name is buster and i'm about 5 years old. Do you like the big smile on my face it's because i'm such a happy chappy. I am now at srv and having great fun. I play with all my toys and amuse myself until i'm all puffed out. Everyone says i'm a right character cos i'm so funny. I look like i'm going grey around my mouth but that's because i've got white on my chest. I run with other dogs everyday so i'm dog friendly and love my cuddles. My notes from the pound are below. If you think you might be interested in me please go to stafford rescue victoria's website and send an adoption request form and then phone jan after 24 hours. Age: 5 yrs approx; he looks old due to the white on his muzzle but he doesn’t act old. Colour: red (smut) and white
coat: short. Full body touch: he licked me when i touched his paws. Health: he appears to be in good health. Personality: on this day 20/02/12 at 3pm i found this boy to be very friendly, active and playful. He did jump up, particularly when i had the squeaky toy. He took treats gently from my hand and was able to be patted while eating from the ground. Lead training: he pulled a bit and also walked across in front of me. Formal training: he appears to have had no formal training. Toy/child test: he had an absolute ball playing with the squeaky toy, and will definitely need toys that are strong and durable, because he ruined this squeaky toy. Once he had the squeaky toy in his mouth he loved it that much that he didn’t care about any other toys or even food, he just wanted to run around with it. He may be too boisterous for young children until he is taught to not jump. Startle test: he didn’t startle. Overall opinion: he is an active boy who needs plenty of daily exercise and strong, durable toys to keep him mentally stimulated. He also needs training
