somebody dumped a little old dog at an animal shelter? poor minty. She's a feisty little lady who likes to play with toys and follow you, even toys that are as big as or bigger than she is! minty enjoys belly rubs, and if you stop petting her, she'll roll over on her back and wiggle to ask for more. She also likes leash walks, lap time, and all kinds of food. Minty greets visitors with enthusiasm, wagging her tail and seeking attention. Born in 2002, she's frisky and playful with plenty of stamina. She looks and acts much younger than her years. But she came to best friends from as a stray, with matted coat and overweight. During the night she was wandering the streets alone. That would be scary for any dog, but it was especially frightening for minty because she's so small. Minty gets around just fine despite her little legs. She gets along with cats, dogs, kids and even chickens, if only they would stop pecking her on the head. She's hoping to become somebody's lap dog for the rest of her life. If you'd take her in your arms, she'd be the happiest dog in the world!
