Honey (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 28/2/12. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly toby and beau. . . Honey is a 9 yo maltese x australian silky terrier. She is a lovely little dog with a playful nature. She loves to chase balls and brings them back and drops them at your feet. She is fully house trained and is very obedient, comes when called sits on command. She is an inside dog and sleeps in her own bed. . . The pound is no place for a scared little dog. Luckily we were able to rescue her and she is being well loved in foster care. At present honey's coat is extremely short due to being matting and neglected in the pound and before. But when her coat grows back she will be even cuter than she is now. She has a lovely, white and caramel, non-shedding coat which will require regular brushing, bathing and professional clipping. . . Honey would not be suited to a household with children and puppies as she is not as tolerant as she used to be but she does love her cuddles and pats. Honey is in good health. She recently had her teeth cleaned by the vet. She will make a perfect companion.
