ned is a terrific dog looking for the right home. He's typical of working breeds, being very active and intelligent and will suit an active home. Ned is a happy boy who will cheerfully join you in your activities for no more reward than an ear rub. He is extremely affectionate with humans and loves spending time with his people. He is very social with other calm dogs male and female, but doesn't mind being on his own. Ned is house-trained, well behaved inside, walks well on a leash, has great recall off-lead, isn't a barker or prone to escaping. He travels well in the car and is crate-trained. He is a bit inclined to chase cats for fun, but would probably learn to live happily with a self-confident cat. He will chase horses, but is learning to leave them alone. Ned's best home would be one where he gets regular exercise, or has enough room for him to have a good run a couple of times a day. He'd enjoy a home where he gets to spend time inside with you. He would enjoy further obedience training and his natural intelligence and responsiveness means he'd learn quickly and enjoy the activity. ***please read the next section about applying to adopt***
