Cedric (On Hold)

On hold pending adoption. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly beau. . . Cedric is a 2 yo shih tzu and a loveable little fellow, and very people focused. He is starting to chase his squeaky ball and learning to play. I don't think he ever saw toys before being rescued, which is really sad. . . Cedric was rescued from a back yard breeder along with his sister. His coat was a disgrace all matted and dirty. But now that he has been bathed and clipped he is beautiful. Hi is mostly white with a caramel patch on his back. He has a lovely soft, non-shedding coat so he needs regular brushing and bathing, and clipping about every 2 months. He has been to the vet and has a clean bill of health. . . Cedric doesn't pay much attention to other dogs, he is a real 'people dog'. So if you have a lonely dog who needs company cedric wouldn't be your boy, but if you would like a devoted little friend for yourself then you've found him. . . Cedric is house trained and sleeps inside in the laundry at night in his bed. He is an inside dog but enjoys going outside sometimes too. He is housetrained and uses a doggy door to go out when he wants. But mostly he likes to be wherever you are. He is very devoted to anyone who is kind to him. He would be great company for a mature person or anyone who is on their own and who would enjoy his company. He wouldn't be suited to a home with small children as he would prefer a more quiet life. Cedric would love someone who could give him quality time because he loves a cuddle on your lap. He really is a lovely little bloke. . . *** please see more photos of cedric at http://tinyurl.
