About Fred (On Trial)
On trial in a new home 1/5/12. Please consider our other dogs and puppies at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au. . . Fred is a dear little man who needs a loving home. He's a 10 year mini foxy and a cuddly sweetheart. He loves a walk, is good with children, is fine when left home alone, good with female dogs but not so fond of other males. He's good on the lead and enjoys getting out for a walk. He eats anything, isn't fussy. . . Best of all, fred is not a barker! he doesn't mind sleeping outside in a cozy kennel when the weather is nice but will need to be inside, the laundry would be ok, when the weather gets cooler. Fred needs a bit of guidance with housetraining as he currently isn't inside all that much. . . Fred is happy and healthy. Small dogs like fred typically live to at least 15 years old so fred still has many good years ahead of him. If you don't want to make a 15 year commitment to a puppy, then getting a senior dog is a great way of having a dog without the longer term commitment. See this article " 10 benefits of adopting a senior pet" http://healthypets. Mercola. Com/sites/healthypets/archive/2012/02/15/benefits-of-adopting-an-older-pet. Aspx. . . Fred would be ideal for a person, couple or family who work during the day because fred doesn't fret or bark when home alone. He'll just be very happy to greet you when you come home and join you inside to keep you company. Fred would also be happy to be a devoted friend to anyone who is home alone and would like someone to snuggle on the sofa with and watch tv. A perfect little companion. . . *** please see more photos of fred at http://tinyurl. Com/dogsnew *** (if clicking the above link doesn't work, copy and paste it into your web browser). . . Dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. We're only asking for a small $50 donation for fred. He is desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, microchipped, and lifetime registrated. Your support allows us to continue saving other abandoned dogs like fred. . . Fred is in foster care in the newcastle area and is available for adoption interstate. For more information or to meet fred please phone foster carer debbie (phone number and email address below).
