Theo - On Hold

Theo was supposedly found wondering down the road with another dog and pup. He was very skinny and timid when he was in the pound but has since blossomed in foster care and is real gem. He loves cuddles and people. He is good with other dogs. Good with cats. Good in the car. He is not house trained yet. Theo is a super sweet dog,
