Spike **Adoption in Progress**

This cute little fella is spike, recently rescued from the albury pound. When spike first came into care he was in pretty bad shape. He was very skinny and covered in fleas and had a nasty skin irritation. After a few weeks of tlc this boys has come along in leaps and bounds and is now ready to find his new forever home. The first word to describe this boy would be firecracker! he is a lively little fella that will put a smile on anyone's face, no matter how bad your day has been. Spike enjoys his walks, loves his dentasticks, loves kids, gets on well and plays well with other dogs, loves a tummy rub and most of all, just loves people in general. He also loves coming inside and lounging around with you after a good walk or play session. He is a great couch potato when you want him to be. Spike would be best going to a home with children over about 5 as he needs people (including children) to be able to tell him when he is doing something wrong, like jumping up and giving too many kisses!!

haha. Spike would also be prefect for a young or retired couple as well. Spike is currently learning to sit, wait for his dinner, not push through doors before his humans and not to jump up when he isn't asked. Thankfully, spike is very food motivated so training him should be a breeze. This boy is looking for someone to give him as much love as he gives every person he meets.
