Beau (On Trial)

He is always happy to see you and spend time with you. He loves to sit or sleep on your lap. He is friendly to small children, cats and other dogs. . . Beau was dumped at a pound with his mum, sugar, (also looking for a home http://www. Petrescue. Com. Au/view/143885). They were both in a very neglected state, with severe matting. Beau has been to the groomers where he behaved nicely. He is showing how much better he feels by rubbing his head and body along the floor. Beau will need regular brushing every week and grooming about every 6-8 weeks to keep him feeling comfortable. . . Beau has probably never been on a leash before coming into foster care as he tries to eat it. He is practising and he will learn to not do that soon. Beau is learning a lot of things at the moment, mostly that there are kind people who will look after him and teach him doggie things. He is showing interest in balls and toys. He is also learning to be toilet trained. To continue to help make beau feel secure, he would prefer a home where there is someone around all the time and spend time training him and moulding his personality.
