Max (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 15/2/12. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au

meet max - a 6 month old, shih tzu x maltese. He has longer legs than usual so we think he also has some poodle in him. He actually resembles a mini english sheep dog - and he is very very cute! ! !

max is not yet fully house trained but loves coming in for a cuddle on the couch and he is great with kids. He can be a little jumpy but it is just typical puppyness and basic obedience training will be all he needs. . . Max is great with other dogs but not so good with cats. He spent the first 5 months of his life left in a back yard by himself with little to no attention. His coat was in horrible condition as you can see by his second photo and unfortunately had to have a rather short haircut. Once his glorious full coat grows back and he has regular brushing he will be a real head turner! ! !

he is a really happy puppy who is always up for a play and a cuddle. He is not destructive at all so has none of the usual puppy traits like eating shoes or digging holes apply. Max is a joy to have as our foster baby. He would love a family with children as he just adores them, he is a huge smoocher and very cuddly he really just wants someone to love him.
