oh blinky, what high spirits you have. Meet blinky, our high spirited chocolate german pointer. He is a fun loving guy who wants to be everyones friend. . . . He can be quite chatty. . . Letting you know its time for a walk or to play with the ball or go to the park. He is not for the couch potato but for the family who like to get out and about. Blinky would love to go to the beach, go hiking, swimming, camping and all the fun things life has to offer. Of course he will need some puppy school and obedience training. You will need to invest in some time with him and guide him in the right direction. He likes to sleep inside at night and the possums like him inside as well. If you think you have what it takes to love a guy like this then please send us an application. Just a quick update from blinky's carer. "blinky has settled in really well. We went on a long walk/jog yesterday afternoon. He did pull a bit but on the way home he was a bit better. We practiced stopping and sitting before crossing the road, and at the dog park he was very playful an friendly with other dogs of all sizes and breeds from tiny shitzu, german shepherd, beagles and kelpies :) and with a young (5-6 year old) girl. I've learnt that he knows sit, shake and drop. He's great with food (no aggression towards me), although the two dogs were fed in the same room, they were a few meters apart. He also lets me check his belly, ears, eyes and teeth with no problems :) all in all a very good and well behaved pup. He loves cuddles and pats and really wants to be part of a family. :)
