Pedro

Pedro is a terrific, small to medium dog who would fit happily into most households though we recommend for those with dog savvy young children. He is very affectionate, outgoing and engaging, enjoying the company of humans, other dogs and cats. Although he's a chihuahua x, we think his other half is something a bit taller and quite active (possibly kelpie or whippet) because pedro is about the size of a small whippet and an active, energetic little guy. If you like to go for a run or just enjoy a dog who likes a nice long walk, then pedro would like to meet you. As befits his chihuahua heritage, pedro is loving and loyal and will make a terrific house-dog with his easy care coat. Because he's young and active, we recommend some further obedience training for pedro, he is so eager to please and just happy to be with you that he learns quickly. Pedro would suit a home with an active older person looking for a cheerful companion, or a family with older energetic children looking for a playmate. ***please read the next section about applying to adopt***
