About Lillie (On Trial)
On trial in a new home 5/3/12. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly chopper and prince. . . Lillie is a 3 year old labrador x shar pei. She is a very friendly girl and very lovable. . . Lillie is friendly and social with other dogs and adores human affection. Due to unforeseen circumstances lillie has to find a new home but she will need to find a new family where she will be smothered in affection. She would need to go to a home where she is allowed inside and part of the family as this is what she is used to. . . Lillie really enjoys the company of cats, she enjoys laying around with her feline friends so would definitely fit in to a home with a cat or 2. . . Lillie looks more shar pei than labrador but her personality highly resembles a lovable enthusiastic labrador. She is a great watch dog in her home and will bark at strangers to alert you. She is house trained and enjoys her exercise and cuddles. . . Lillie would suit someone that is after a loving, wonderful companion so please think about meeting her and you will see why everyone adores her. . . Lillie is in temporary foster care in the central coast and is also available for fostering as she is unable to stay with her present foster family for much longer. If you would like to consider fostering lillie this is also a possibility, please call dog rescue newcastle (phone numbers on the website) to find out more information on how to become a foster carer. . . Medical notes
Lillie has had flea allergy dermatitis (where she is allergic to the saliva the flea makes only when bitten) - this is quite common on sensitive skin breeds and is very easily treated and prevented with a flea product like revolution or comfortis flea tablet (which she is on) she has the odd patch of hair missing but once treated this quickly grows back
