About Olive *On Trial*
*olive is currently trialling her new home* this little girl is so full of life and love that the ranger from balranald shire council knew she couldn’t be put to sleep, so when she remained unclaimed at the end of her 8 days they brought her to us sarg folk in mildura and we promised to find her a caring new home!
olive has settled in well into foster care where her new best friend is pepper, a 14 month old male terrier x who was also found wandering in balranald and is available for adoption too. They are having a terrific time playing and romping around the backyard and then curling up together for a well deserved snooze at the end of a long hard day – they get along so well you’d think they’d been together for ever! loveable olive is good with humans of all shapes and sizes especially her carers 3 young sons and she’s great with other little dogs (we haven’t tested her with large ones yet). Friendly, affectionate olive likes getting out and about for a walk and at only 5kgs she’s a terrific take-anywhere size! she doesn’t appear to chew or dig and is a good little watch dog but not in a yappy way. While in care we will work on “sit” and “down” and she already knows her new name and comes when she’s called. Olive would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie friend for company or on her own so long as she’s not left alone for long periods of time while she settles into her new home. Daily walks or runs around the backyard, secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on and toys to keep olive stimulated will make her very happy indeed!
if you think you can give little olive the caring forever home she’s looking for then please download and complete a sarg dog application form by following this link: http://www. Sarg. Net. Au/adoptapet. Html
