About Major **Adoption in Progress**
Here is our little. . . Well maybe not so little, christmas miracle. We got major out of the pound just before christmas and what lucky people we are! major is just the most beautiful boofhead. Despite his large size he is very gentle and calm. He will sit when asked, will walk next to you on the lead (with reminders that he should stay there) and is fine in the car. Major is great with kids, but because of his size and not realising he is that big, he might tip small ones over purely by accident. He loves the company of his people and is really good when he is inside. Doesn’t run around like a mad boy but will lie quietly besides you just to be loved. Major needs to go to a home where people are willing to put effort in further training and ongoing obedience training, will include him in all family activities and that will allow him indoors. Major is very enthusiastic when meeting new dogs and as he is so strong his new owners will need to be aware that other people might see him as threatening to their dog. There is no aggression in this behaviour just a lot of love. His enthusiasm and his manners towards other dogs are being worked on with training. This boy is such an awesome boof that his foster carer was very close to foster failing but the fact that there are more pooches to be rescued out there stopped her, so here is the chance for some very lucky person to have this awesome boy as your new friend. Major will only go to the very best of homes
