About Nutmeg (Meg)
This gorgeous little girl is meg, recently rescued from the pound and given a second chance at a new and exciting life. Meg is still your typical pup, very happy, fun loving, energetic and playful. Meg will need ongoing obedience training to keep her learning and also to keep her manners in check. Meg loves all other dog, some bigger dogs being a little scary to her initially (which is understandable) but she warms up to them soon. Meg is currently going through the chewing stage so i would say she is getting more adult teeth. Leaving yummy bones out for her to chew would be the best thing for her, it would save your shoes at least! hehemeg loves getting out and about with people and will happily jump in the car with you and join you on your adventure. Megs favourite thing to do in the whole wide world is go swimming. She just loves romping around in the water with the other dogs until she is totally pooped, then she will sleep the day away. Meg does have a bad habit of barking at other dogs to prompt them to play with her but with some guidance that can be controlled. Meg can also jump up on people when she gets a little too excited but we have been working hard on stopping that and she is responding really well, the last thing meg will need help with is perfecting her house training. Most pups at this age will still have the odd accident so her new owner will need to have patience with her. Meg would love to go to a new forever home where she can get lots of loves and attention and she would love to have another doggie friend around to play with, although its not a must if she will get enough love and attention from her new owners. Meg is probably a little too excitable to be rehomed to a family with young children but a family with older children or a young energetic couple would be perfect for her. She does need a firm voice to keep her on the right track but in return you will get a loyal, loving and happy life-long best friend
