gilbert, gilbert, gilbert, oh how we love gilbert! gilbert is probably more italian greyhound (or iggy as they are affectionately known) in nature than he is jack russell, being a sweet, sensitive little soul. He also has the deer-like legs of an iggy, the regal stature, and the prancing gait!

gilbert is full of love, affection, and playfulness. He is a dainty little guy, so only older or more gentle children would be suitable. Gilbert has spent the last 2 weeks in a noisy, hot pound with no exercise, no stimulation and waaaaayyyyy too many dogs barking. Watching him run joyfully around his carer’s yard, letting the wind blow his stress away, was the most rewarding moment of an otherwise very rewarding day, for a couple of weary transporters!
