About Roxy **Adoption in Progress**
This little pocket rocket was surrendered to us by a family for health reasons. Roxy is 150% jack russell! she’s just one little bundle of energy and fun! she has the prettiest face with those golden eyes and the long hairs on her back and her long eyebrows make her unique. Roxy was mostly an outdoors dog but since coming into foster care she has been allowed indoors most the time and apart from a couple of accidents, she is delightful. She uses the doggy door, sleeps in her crate and is great with other dogs. On meeting a dog for the first time she can be a bit eager and does need to be restrained, but from then on she’s fine. She is now living with several other dogs including puppies and is no problem. She has lived with children and is fine with them, she’s learning not to jump up and given her intelligence she’s learning fast. Roxy is however not suitable for a home with cats as she is way too interested in them and not in a good way. This would also indicate that she needs to go to a home free of small pets such as rabbits and chooks but would be fine with another dog. Roxy’s favourite things are walkies, running around, running around again, food, playing tug o’ war with hugo and water in any form, even rain drops need to be chased! the hose spray or sprinkler is a special favourite and she loves to play in it. She also likes to chase flies and pretty much anything else that
needs to be chased!
roxy would be suitable for just about any active family, she would respond well to any type of training including all dog sports and agility. To organise to meet roxy please call dallas
