Benny

I took benny for a walk on the leash free beach tonight and was so impressed. He was so good on the lead, and when let off he came back to a whistle. He approached other dogs but backed off if they didn't want to play with him. He is just so lovely. Benny and his brother buddy (also in foster care with friends of the pound) were adopted together as puppies from animal rights and rescue in lismore. They were recently surrendered to the lismore pound together and were due to be euthanased when there was no foster home available for them. We helped out at this busy time and took them both. We decided to put them in seperate foster homes, as two 35kg male dogs might be a bit much. They are both lovely boys. Benny would be good with another dog or as an only dog. He is happy to sleep on the deck on his trampoline bed. Loves his walks, isn't destructive or a barker. He just needs a loving forever home. Benny is a well trained, obedient, gentle giant. He weighs 35 kgs. Because we are close to the nsw/qld border our animals can go to either state. We do not transport animals interstate
