Axel (On Trial)

On in a new home 6/1/12. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly ricky. . . Axel is a german shepherd puppy approx 4-5 months old. He is the sweetest little pup and is a dream to take care of. I cannot fault this puppy. He is quiet, calm and has a sound temperament and a beautiful nature. He has great manners on lead and around people and children. He can sit and lay down and is lead trained and most of the time will walk to heel with a loose leash unless distracted by people who he loves. . . He loves a walk and a tennis ball thrown. He is dog friendly and follows directions easily. He is fine off lead and comes when called majority of the time on the first call. . . Axel is looking for a family or person who he can follow around and be in their company often he would be fine with another dogs but i can see him preferring to be with humans as he loves being fussed over. He is fine to be left alone at home as long as he has had a bit of exercise. . . He enjoys cuddles and needs a gentle owner who is also calm but also looking for that person who can give direction and boundaries when needed as he matures. . . I can see axel enjoying obedience training or tracking as he has a great sniffer on him and can locate smelly food anywhere! he settles down in the bath and realises water isn’t that bad either is the blow dryer. . . This is a great family dog or travel buddy extremely friendly and loyal and would bond easily with the right owner. Dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com.
