what can we say about bagels!? this girl is so sweet and affectionate, and while she acts as though someone might not have been very nice to her, she also desperately wants to be friends with people. In a gentle home she will thrive and will quickly gain her confidence back. Like any good beagle she finds it hard to keep her nose off the ground (but that’s what they are supposed to do!) and anyone interested in her should research the breed, not just be taken in by their gorgeous looks. Beagles are wonderful pets, but their sniffing instinct can make them difficult to train for behaviours that contradict this (pretty much anything that requires their heads to be off the ground!). With positive training and the right home they are fantastic dogs, but not for everyone.
