About Lucy *On Trial*
*lucy is currently trialling her new home* here’s lucy!!! she’s one of 3 healthy, happy puppies who were lucky enough to be intercepted by a sarg volunteer as they were about to be dumped at our local pound so now they’re safe and enjoying life in foster care while we find them loving forever homes – will it be with you???
all of the pups have lovely, friendly, nature’s and get along well with their carers other dog and are used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as children making them pretty much “bomb proof”. Lucy was the shyest of the trio but she’s going great guns now though can still be frightened by boisterous children so will need an older, quieter household. She’s a gentle little pup who likes snuggling up to you and isn’t in your face though she will still give a warning bark when someone comes to the door. While in care lucy will learn the basics such as “sit” and “down” and how to walk on a lead. As she’s only a young pup she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up to have lovely manners! \ daily walks or runs around the backyard, secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on and toys to keep lucy stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored and up to mischief. Dainty lucy will only be small once she finishes growing. Sweet little lucy would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s a pup. If you think you’ve got the time, patience and love to bring up gorgeous lucy then please download and complete a sarg dog application form by following this link: http://www. Sarg. Net.
