About Otis Is Trying A New Home!!
Otis is trying a new home!!
otis has the most calm and loving nature, but has sadly been through a rough life. he was rescued from a farm in austral where his needs were being neglected and he was constantly the victim of other dogs aggression. otis is a placid and loving dog who is a fanatic about kisses and affection. he has never snapped nor bitten anyone as it's just not in his nature. otis loves all kinds of animals, cats, dogs, birds etc, but needs to be homed in a house without pushy or dominant dogs. Due to his background, otis can be tense and submissive and he feels easily threatened or frightened. he is an amazing dog who, for all he has been through, treats everyone who shows him the slightest kindness kisses and affection tenfold. otis is an infinite source of love and is very desperate to find someone to love him unconditionally in return. he particularly loves people and just wants to be next to you or be with you all the time. he would be most suited to a home with someone who is home a lot (retiree, etc) or will need a gentle housemate to keep him occupied while the owner is away from home. no young children (under 10 years) though as they can stress otis out a bit. he is an expert walker on and off leash and will walk beside you without being distracted. he is easily manageable in baths, hair/nail clipping, house trained (although will have an accident if nobody opens the door for him) and is generally a low maintenance dog (besides the emotional needs). Otis comes desexed, microchipped (to be done prior adoption) and wormed and is available for a $0 adoption fee.
