About Cleo (adopted)
On trial in a new home 30/1/12. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly nibbles and squid. . . Cleo is a 5 year old female jack russell cross. This happy little girl is always delighted to see you and hoping you’ll spend some time with her, or take her out for a walk. . . Cleo would be best suited to a home where she is the only dog, as she sometimes becomes protective of her food and thinks it’s a pretty good idea to eat other dogs’ dinner as well. She would happily be an inside-outside dog content to be out in the sun during the day, but wishing to be inside with you when you are at home. She waits quietly on her bed until you return, and then she is sooo glad to see you come home again! ! !cleo would do well as a family dog, but perhaps not with children aged under six. . . Her coat is short and very easy-care, she walks well on the lead, enjoys a trip in the car, and doesn’t mind cats; in return for all that she doesn’t ask much except that she be part of your family, and that you love and care for her and give her some time. Sounds like a pretty good deal! ! !dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Cleo's $380 adoption fee covers her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving other abandoned dogs like cleo. . . Cleo is in foster care in the newcastle area nsw. For more information or to meet her please contact foster carer eileen (phone numbers and email address below). Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
