Penny - Adoption Pending

Penny is a beautiful little 1 and a half year old cat that has been in foster care for over 9 months now and we can't understand why! she desperately wants a permanent and loving home. She may be shy when you first meet her but will be the most affectionate companion and will cuddle up in your bed.
