Devons are highly intelligent inquisitive and mischievous animals. They don't require much grooming but they do require protection from the cold so they need to be indoor cats or risk heat stroke and hypothermia. While not particularly talkative they do like to chirp and love human attention - any way they can get it. Some have even been known to deliberately go places or do things they know their owner frowns upon just to evoke a reaction and draw their attention.
