Female Bengal Cat
I've been adopted!
Benkte is a small cat and has lived in the same household as phillida since kitten-hood. Although they aren't overtly affectionate to each other (don't cuddle up to sleep etc) they do like to know of each others whereabouts. Benkte is a gentle loving cat who is a little eclipsed by philly at times although her first owner wanted the two cats to be rehomed together if possible. She shows little of her wild cat origins or the high maintenance needs sometimes associated with bengals and loves nothing more than a tummy rub whenever you're passing. Apparently she was a "fraidy cat" in her previous home and was expected to spend her first days with me in hiding. This didn't
occur though and she has been adaptable and friendly, though less pushy than philly. The only time she shows her bengal nature is when placed in a cat carrier and transported somewhere - then she complains loudly and fiercely in a voice which would do a worldly tomcat proud!
