About Rinko -Desexed and Vaccinated -On Hold
*** trying a new home! ***
when 3 baby bunnies were only four days old (still blind, deaf, furless and defenceless like all newborn baby bunnies) their mother was killed by the households dog. The owner called a vet clinic to find out about drowning the babies who would not survive without a mum, but the vet clinic managed to convince them to surrender. We were contacted and despite our best efforts, two passed away. The third baby, rinko, was a little fighter and struggled on. At 1. 5 weeks she stopped breathing, but with the quick response of cpr was brought back to life. She has been through so much, but is stronger every day. Being hand raised, rinko is an affectionate, cheeky, confident and outgoing little miss. She gives you little licks when you pat her and say how beautiful she is, and is always leaping and twisting in the air, seeing how high she can jump and zoom around. Toilet training is coming along well, but the biggest thing for her to learn is not to hop under peoples feet as they try walking across the loungeroom, or hopping into suitcases. Our beautiful blue-eyed little baby is starting to grow up, and the painful task of selecting the very best home begins. Rinko will need lots of company, and free range time as she is not suitable to be caged at all. An indoor puppy playpen would be suitable for short periods of time when she can't be supervised. Rinko would like to say a big thankyou to lori, who has played a huge part in bringing her up. If you wish to enquire about rinko, please fill in an adoption form at our website: www. Porschesrescue. Com
if you do not see that she is on hold (which would be indicated in the title) it means she is still available. Questions that have already been answered on her profile or at our website will not be responded to. For contact, please fill in an adoption form. Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Please allow for an increase in the adoption fee to cover this large expense. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
