About Ollie
Ollie is a special boy. And deserves a special home. Despite his ''unfortunate'' start to life, he has managed to bloom into a loyal and loving companion. Quite frankly i have not had the pleasure of rescuing such a delightful exhibition of human companionship in a long time. He really is a special dog. Ollie is not only affectionate and loving, he is also extremely adaptable, loyal and adoring - and really smart. As with most labs, he would thrive in an atmosphere where he is welcomed and encouraged to be part of the family's everyday routine. Leave him in the back yard - like a trophy or token ''pet'' - and he will slowly lose his will to play, please and love. Ollie is a very attractive and sort after dog. His temperament is soft and unwavering. Please don't apply unless you can truly give him the home he deserves. I think, after all he has been through. He deserves a family who will include him, love him and dote on him. Call alyson asap 0411 056 722
Adoption details
We strongly recommend you read the dogs' profile carefully as everything we know about the dog/s is listed.
If you are interested in a dog we invite you to submit an application form so we can learn more about your circumstances. This is to ensure we match the right dog to the best home. (one form per family - not per dog) http://www.dogadoption.org.au/adoption---expression-of-interest.html
This is for the benefit of both the dog and the potential new owner/s. It also saves time and uses limited resources more effectively.
Once the essential criteria is confirmed we put you in touch with the carer for a more detailed chat with a view of meeting the dog/s.
If you decide to proceed with the adoption we make a time for a house check.
The adoption fee is then paid (there is a 2 week cooling off period.) Please note we do not usually allow trials.
Foster carers are also able to adopt foster dogs once approved.
