Jackson (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 5/12/11. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly tootsie and fred. . . Jackson is a 4 yo jack russell terrier. He loves belly rubs and sleeping in a washing basket! wonderful with children and gets along with other dogs. Jackson was dumped in the bush and was lucky enough to be found before starving to death. He is now in a foster home and waiting for a forever family. . . He loves his food. He is young and healthy and has no allergies or health concerns. He was a bit timid at first, but now he is trusting and friendly and especially loves our other 2 dogs. He barks at noises. He isn't housetrained because he has been an outside dog but he is smart and eager to please so this will be quick and easy for him to learn. We would prefer he goes to a home where he will be allowed inside and be treated like a valued member of the family. He currently sleeps outside with my other 2 dogs. We don't have cats so can't say how he'd be. Jackson is receiving basic obedience training and is learning to sit and roll over, etc. . . Jack russell dogs are known for their intelligence and loyalty and for being great family dogs. Jackson is a gorgeous, affectionate little man who just wants to please you and to give and receive affection.
