About Toby
What a gentle nature this amazing man has. He is a real sook and very well behaved around the house. Toby
craves human contact and wants to be where you are - would suit a family where he could spend time indoors
toby would also like to be with another dog (medium to larger size ideal) as he is very playful with other dogs. He is very quiet but has an excellent bark (have only heard this twice in the last week) - should make a good watchdog once he settles in - but he would not be at all aggressive. Don't think he would get along with cats - he tries to chase them on our walks. Toby is house-trained and has basic obedience. He is very affectionate and loyal. This is for the benefit of both the dog and the potential new owner/s. It also saves time and uses limited resources more effectively.
Once the essential criteria is confirmed we put you in touch with the carer for a more detailed chat with a view of meeting the dog/s.
If you decide to proceed with the adoption we make a time for a house check.
The adoption fee is then paid (there is a 2 week cooling off period.) Please note we do not usually allow trials.
Foster carers are also able to adopt foster dogs once approved.
